🌱 me revoilà après une longue pause ! 🌱
Avec une commande d'Orite à longue queue !
Un tout petit oiseau de moins de 10g, qui se déplace toujours en groupes familiaux !
L'Orite construit des nids très élaborés, entièrement faits de mousses et lichens qu'elle tisse avec de la soie d'araignée ! Un chef-d'œuvre 🤩
Avec son minuscule bec trapu, elle nourrit principalement de petits invertébrés 🐛🕷️ qu'elle chasse sur l'écorce des arbres, souvent la tête en bas !

I was away for most of August, so haven’t created any new artworks for a little while. I have lots of ideas though so watch this space!

I think my mallard painting is now finished, but I’ll leave him for a couple of days then take another look to be sure.
