Ich habe noch mal eine kurze Kampagne Wildermyth gespielt. Ich kenn, glaube ich, schon alle Microstories im Spiel aber dafür habe ich jetzt auch die letzte Charaktermutation abgeschlossen. Hat Spaß gemacht.

Ich kann mich nicht von Wildermyth lösen. Ich habe jetzt mal den zweiten Spielmodus aus dem Addon ausprobiert. Gefällt mir jetzt mal nicht so weil das erkunden der Karte weg fällt. Es fehlt so irgendwie was.
Egal, es ist dabei eine neue SC rumgekommen. Elys ist eine Magierin die zunehmend versteinert. Dafür kann sie jetzt hart zuschlagen.

HÖRTIPP: "Im Wald regt sich etwas. Etwas sehr seltsames." So beginnt die Geschichte des rundenbasierten Story-RPGs Wildermyth. Es gibt sie immer wieder, diese Art von Spiel, die man nur sehr schwer beschreiben kann. Wildermyth erinnert mich an Pen & Paper Rollenspiele, es ist meiner Ansicht nach sehr besonders und deshalb habe ich in einer Art Hörspiel versucht, euch näher zu bringen, was genau Wildermyth eigentlich ist.

#PCgaming#Pentiment, ein Spiel in der Optik mittelalterlicher Bücher. Sehr storyintensiv, wenig klassisches Gameplay. Aber die ganze Machart, das Dorf und die Charaktere haben mich sehr in den Bann gezogen. ❤️
#Wildermyth, man sammelt wackere Helden die sich Bedrohungen stellen. Taktisch, rundenbasiert, erinnert an Pen&Paper. Besonders ist, man spielt die Truppe über Jahre, es gibt Kinder, Helden gehen in Rente (oder sterben).

Just finished my first game of #Wildermyth. It's a lovely, charming "RPG"-type turn-based game with interesting storylines and character choices. I recreated the characters from an old D&D game I played in, some 20-something years ago - and they all lived! 😀
It's available at a discount now in the #Steam summer sale - recommended!

Other than demos, I just finished a quick replay of #OriAndTheBlindForest which still slaps (that music ♥), ducked back into #WorldOfGoo for an evening, finally got the memo on how good #Wildermyth is, and am itching for the next #NoMansSky expedition news while I make plans for a new #SeattleBuilt PC. https://seattlebuilt.com/

Played through the intro campaign of #Wildermyth with my wife on Saturday. It's a curious co-op execution but mostly makes good decisions about individual-player separation ("all players must click through the cinematic") vs communal decision ("here is your pool of resources to make new gear, ready set go").
I can see QOL changes to streamline group decisions, eg presenting multiple opinions before triggering an action. But even with a group of 4 (another session), it was a great experience.
