Trying to figure out how to spend the remainder of my stay in Valencia has got me missing #Foursquare, which was my go to app when travelling. I know there is #Wikivoyage, but there is something to be said for an app that can simply show you things nearby.

It includes a user script that injects a gallery of relevant photos at the top of articles across all Wikimedia sites (#Wikipedia, #Wikidata, #Wikivoyage, etc.). It also provides a web portal (https://view-it.toolforge.org/?q=Q192272) to search for media by Wikidata ID, as well as an API that simplifies querying structured data on Commons. On Wikidata, View it! has helped users add images to over 5,000 items to date.

When adding things to #Wikivoyage, such as hotels and pubs, is there an argument to create a #Wikidata entry for them if it doesn't already exist? Or would some of these places not pass the "notability" requirement?

Does anyone know how often #OsmAnd incorporates updates from #Wikivoyage in its travel guides? The reason I ask, is updates I made to Wikivoyage back in late January aren't appearing in their guides
