A big takeaway from #WIDC #WomenInTheDirectorsChair this week: after a project (or period of intense work) comes to a close, consider scheduling a "crying day" as you decompress/come down from all that adrenaline. If it's on the schedule it won't catch you by surprise. I have been caught by surprise after (checks notes) every single project. Time to put it in the schedule.

The #WIDC aka #WomenInTheDirectorsChair via #WhistlerFilmFestival is amazing and intense and entirely virtual. #SceneWork and blocking via zoom is a whole other beast.
