i just woke up & did my morning meditation to start my #GoodMorningRoutine. today i listened to #NanakNaam who reminded me of the limitations of my existence, & that by accepting them i open my self up to spiritual growth & development compared to suffering when i fight them.

Being a good dad is the most important thing to me. It overtook professional ambition as a priority in my mid 30s when my first daughter arrived.
