Made my own minis for the irl RPG campaign im in.
I took oven bake clay and made a cylinder, baked it, then used wood whittling tools to carve the clay, then i painted them and for the demon deer i glued on bits of egg shell i cleaned and dried prior to hint more to the porcelain skin my character has in both forms.
The tail of the demon deer is a piece of wire and the bases of the mini figures are these small wooden discs i found at the Michael's store.
These are both around, if not shorter, than 1 inch in height.
