Enjoying the work of Kathleen Turner as Dita Beard in #WhiteHousePlumbers 😀 This show often comes off as goofy instead of comedic (still on the second episode), but it's as preposterous as reality, and Woody Harrelson's character desperately trying to introduce some CIA "common sense" in the crazy around him makes it that much more enjoyable.

Deciding on whether to keep plowing through White House Plumbers on HBO. Aside from interesting criminal political history about Watergate, the show is a miss. Trying for a hip satiric take, it’s more often way too cartoonish in its script, direction and performances. But they did spend a lot of money on authentic period props which are actually fascinating to see as they pop up.
