„In den Ländern #Frankreich, #Niederlade und #Österreich wird das Aufdecken von #Sicherheitslücken durch eigeninitiativ tätige „Hacker“ größtenteils begrüßt, weshalb dort weitere Möglichkeiten vorgesehen sind, eine Strafbarkeit in einem solchen Fall entfallen zu lassen.“

It does make the most sense when trying to avoid civil war, domestically and foreign.
Globally, the White Hats must be in alignment on this. The #CABAL won't volunteer up their puppets unless it benefits, but the puppet's by themselves may have no choice in saving themselves from the worst.
In the end, those compromised by the #CABAL for whatever reason, will choose to reach a compromise with the #WhiteHats for self survival. It's their MO.

Thanks for your effort @samuraikid, we looking into #archiveDotIs however and they appear to be #Google.
If a site needs Cloudflare protection, we don't tend to want access to the info, fake/bad websites are the ones that #whiteHats tend to go after.
This is not a hard and fast rule though. 1/2
