Am I the only person confused by this new 'strategy' of now blocking the Strait of Hormuz?

I thought the idea was to facilitate traffic flow.

I know this is 6-dimensional chess type stuff from the brainz of #WhiskyPete and the #TangerineTyrant, and thus waaay beyond my ability to fully grasp, but... is there a "War for Dummies" version of this that someone can explain to me?

Anyone. Buehler? Buehler? Is this thing on?
