  4. This is the second time I've seen #TallHeights open for #BenFolds, and they were also fantastic. They helped Folds make his new album (#WhatMattersMost), and so they stuck around to play the whole concert, which was great. I love that BF has been helping so much to get more visibility for TH, which definitely deserve to be headliners. 2/2

  9. @ShaulaEvans when I finished writing my first novel, much to the editor's dismay, I patted myself on the back and tossed it in a drawer. I was successful in the way that mattered most to me. Eventually, she became a publisher and contacted me to see if mine could be the first book she published. The few letters I received from readers meant more than the few dollars.

  12. Sometimes it’s the small things in life that bring joy. Sat with my family in a cafe and a 90 year old man celebrating his birthday started singing the anthem “Blaydon Races.” Then we walked down to the beach and the moon came out from behind the clouds.
