Does any serious journal editor really worry about referencing & other style/accuracy?
It's just that I've seen papers reluctantly 'accepted with (major) revisions' that signficantly flout 'specifications' but were accepted because the 'idea' mattered.

I'd love to be given time & resources to do proper critical discourse analysis (CDA) on why 'bad' academic writers such as Spivak, Bhaskar, Derrida etc. are deemed 'bad'.
I suspect lots of underlying #EpistemicInjustice (cf. M. Fricker): testimonial & hermeneutic.
