I was dealing with some Gmail message formatting issues and read a bunch of blog posts about how Gmail doesn't support CSS background-color. But it does now. What it doesn't support is the light-dark() function. So if you're looking to create a highlight box that works in both light and dark mode, you need to find a neutral color and add an alpha value (e.g., #88878120). #css #WhatIveLearned

One more time for this newer forum: You don't make acronyms, initialisms, and abbreviations plural by adding 's to the end—that makes them possessive. ID's is not plural, it's possessive. ATM's is not plural, nor is DM's. It's the 90s, NOT the 90's. You share GIFs, not GIF's (no matter how you pronounce it). All you need is the letter s (and sometimes an e, but we don't need to get into that here). #WhatIveLearned
