Finally got my new Raspberry Pi 5 installed in its black aluminum Argon40 ONE V3 M.2 NVME PCIe case with a 4TB SSD. This thing is gonna be my new @openmediavault, @homeassistant, @portainerio, @jellyfin, and PiHole server, all rolled into a tiny little package roughly the size of a couple decks of playing cards.

Ihr kennt das? Ungepatchte Sicherheitslücken, wo dann Firmen Opfer von Angriffen werden und Nutzerdaten abfließen wie beispielsweise bei der #moveit Lücke, der neben vielen anderen Firmen auch die #Barmer zum Opfer gefallen ist.
Während die Barmer daraufhin die betroffenen Kunden gesetzeskonform über den Datenabfluss informiert hat - ok, man hat "vergessen" darauf hinzuweisen, dass Kunden auch eine neue Krankenversicherungsnummer beantragen können - halten das nicht alle Firmen so.
Die Aufsichtsbehörden bekommen das nicht immer mit (wollen es nicht immer mitbekommen?). Aber nun gibt es einen neuen Anreiz sich an die gesetzlichen Meldefristen zu halten:
