Freshly picked red currants.

The bowl is a 20+ year old souvenir bought from a craft pottery in the #WestOfIreland. At the time neat intact salad bowls were a rare thing in the kitchens of the hostels we used for accomodation. Salad prepared and served out of a metal pot does work. But this way the food would taste even better. 🙂
