    I just watched. We're not getting storms. We're not getting much, if any, rain in the Portland area, perhaps for most, if not all, of the month of October. Above-average temperatures (I saw a 79F for Portland) after a cooler start, and below-average rainfall. Seems like an El Nino year up here, all right. Big ridge incoming.
