Like other good places - mostly here in the #WesternPacific - the #ExcessDeaths for #China are actually negative, i.e. FEWER people than usual died in 2020 and 2021 - i'll see if i can find that #WHO report, it might be the one @Milkman76 already linked?

I also have a (maybe slightly snobbish?) inclination to try to avoid the #USA (as much as this is possible for an #English speaker on the internet) and seek out people from my own side of the planet.
