I did y’alls

For my husband, who encouraged me to go to school because “i’ve done my thing, now its time to do your thing”

For my kids - bought me this graduation owl back on 2021 and updated it for me

For my program mentor - supported me through mental health crises (yup, more than one), covid, an adhd diagnosis, and a move to northern california

For WGU - being an amazing program with amazing course instructors and support who helped me with everything i needed to be licensed although in the end it didn’t happen

I GRADUATED COLLEGE!!!!

I'm currently enrolled in a Change Management course at #WesternGovernorsUniversity, and they keep mentioning #SacredCows in terms of concepts, processes, or traditions that the company holds dear and will be unwilling to part with or change.

I get the analogy, but does the terminology not sound offensive?

The ambition of what I like to call my "degree quest" has been realized: I am now a Master of Business Administration!

One course remains before the capstone. It's been grueling, but I'm close, so tantalizingly close, to the finish line for my MBA.

They call us alumni of WGU "Night Owls". Until yesterday I knew not the true meaning, but now I've had a true Night Owl experience.

I've gotta love how everyone at WGU has that flat Western accent. Latest guy I'm working with has all that and also sounds vaguely Canadian. 😀 Starting my MBA program next month; the prize is in reach. 🤞

Applied to start an MBA program at WGU, and my enrollment counselor will be calling me later today. OMG, I'm really going to be an MBA!

Just was on the phone with WGU, and because my six-month term doesn't expire until the end of March I can't start on an MBA program until April, even though I've already graduated from my bachelor's program right now? That's really crummy.

Halfway through my go-at-your-own-pace bachelor's degree program after 33 days, I'm already growing weary, but my goal is in sight!
