CW: Torture (Mysterious Lotus Casebook / storytelling toot)
Something CDrama and Western shows have in common is the naïve belief that torture will get true and accurate info. IRL it's a costly method with A Lot of false hits - it's litterally cruelty for cruelty's sake. I wish script writers could get that into their heads and use other fast fact finding tropes.
