This morning's #StarWarsD6 #DawnOfTheRanger campaign continues. The team briefs Colonel Tyria Sarkin of the Pentastar Alignment's infiltration among the Rangers of the Outer Rim. Then, Olem is ordered to lead a side mission by a mysterious source. Zor & Gev possibly spot Luke Skywalker lurking.

Also Olem gets a new costume and everyone gets EMP grenades and a Bloodfin speeder.

In this morning's #StarWars #TTRPG #DawnOfTheRangers session, the Rangers gets past some cops on Kitel Phard, board Zor's cousin's Breon Dayvan (along with its L-1g droid aboard) and head for Coruscant to warn them that the Pentastar Alignment have infiltrated the New Republic Rangers out in the Outer Rim!

They should've done something to the ship's BoSS transponder code though.

I started by flipping through Cracken's Rebel Field Guide, and it simultaneously provides rules for prosthetics and cultural reasons why we don't see cyberpunk-style body-mods in #StarWars (namely that, extrapolating from "more machine than man," the galaxy is deeply ableist 😬). My latest addition: I bought this on a whim, but my son’s interest in Star Wars renewed mine, and I have been courious of WEG’s Star Wars for as long as I can remember without ever playing, reading, or owning it. Fun fact: My first roleplaying experience was a Star Wars freeform session GM’d by a friend. We searched a swamp planet for Yaddle, besting rancor-like beasts and rolling random odd dice from other games. #starwars #westendgames #ttrpg
