Confronting Isma comes to mind, first and foremost. That would be absolutely terrifying for everyone involved — minus Isma, of course. He would, in fact, love it. (FYI, Isma is Baddie Number 1.)

The other idea that immediately smacked me in the face is fighting Duncan. Killing his fledgling would take a piece of his soul, for lack of a better word. It always does for vampires. He would never run from the fight, though. They almost fought early on in Book 1. (Again, Duncan is Baddie Number 2.)

This world is just ours with supernatural creatures sprinkled in. The only other difference is that it’s the Victorian era.

This world is just ours with supernatural creatures sprinkled in. The only other difference is that it’s the Victorian era.

Also, none of my characters play fair. A lot of love cheating. But that’s neither here nor there because I’m referring to the general state of things with those statements, not sports. And I would love to see a huge football or rugby match between the cast. Heck yes.
