In 2025 we will also continue hosting our #Owncast server, because...because maybe back to streaming? Only time will see.

What is sure is that The Gamer's Tavern will continue using only Fediverse tools, as we deeply believe in a better internet, in which we control our data (paying the fair price, of course)

We will stand for our users to the very end and we're ready to die on this hill.

We also decided that Peertube and Mastodon will continue being hosted for 2025 (and the foreseeable future).
We thank you for all your support and donations on Ko-Fi (https://ko-fi.com/the_gamers_tavern), that helped us quite a lot with the costs.
We will discuss in 2025 Q1 whether or not to grab another server and perform a Mastodon migration, allowing us to mod our instance (i.e. character limits)
