I recall one 2000's dotcom startup doing some sort of shenanigans involving building boxes, getting only a customer nod that they wanted them, and then counting it as revenue.

When the crash came, the customers evaporated, and the company collapsed, there was this big pile of product piled up somewhere, fated to be sold off cheap as unwanted garbage.

It showed up in local junk stores like Weird Stuff years later.

The look/concept of certain numbers bothers me. 7 is the biggest one. I HATE the look of it and numbers that end in it. Yuck. It's lucky for some, I guess. I don't like numbers that end in 1 (this REALLY bothers me), 3, 5, or 9 either. I really prefer the look/feel of even numbers. Your 2s or 4s or even 6s or 8s. 0 is fine too. And numbers that end in those I prefer over the others. Weird, right

I still have my Twitter account. I don’t post. I am intrigued why when I deleted all but 6 people to follow, Twitter averages one person a week that suddenly they assign for me (to follow). They are usually people I’ve never read or interacted with. Occasionally they’re famous, but mostly they are just random accounts. This must be happening to everyone.
