Could there be such a shift in trade winds?
Would that not be wonderful?Note: pure speculation and wishful thinking on my part, but traditionally their absence was partly linked to NA emissions standards, so perhaps the EV revolution and growing trend back to smaller cars can make it happen?
What say ye, Nissan/Renault, Stellantis/Citroën/Peugeot, and more to the point, Transport Canada?

Oregon Washington and most of the western states allow studded tires in the winter.
Start date is November 1st. Just heard my first set go by.
They tear up the roads, but in rural black ice country and our light/infrequent snows they do help

@NLK: Habe bereits eins: ein #CityEL aus den frühen 90ern, das ich nach seinem viel zu früh verstorbenen Vorbesitzer @Obri 😢 auf den Namen #ObriEL getauft habe.
Zumindest falls es zählt, dass es zwar ein Lenkrad und Dach hat und auch keinen Helm braucht, aber halt auch nur drei Räder hat und als Motorrad zugelassen ist.
Bräuchte aber mal 'n Spezialisten zum Reparieren der Elektronik. 😒
