On a lighter note:
This summer I was excited to have lost enough weight to fit into some of my favourite old clothes. But I’ve found most of my 20 year old shorts weren’t designed with pockets that fit modern cell phones. Didn’t anticipate THAT, did I? Sigh. 🫤😂

If "scientists now exploring" means "pharma now appropriating" the well-known fact that 5 of the 6 conditions listed are often metabolic conditions largely due to insulin resistance and inflammation, which are generally (tho' not always) *fixed by diet without meds*.🤦♂️

Was having an excellent walk, some bro on a bike gave me a fist bump as he was riding past... and then something went wrong in my left calf and I think I strained it. I can still walk unaided but we'll see if I can go the full distance again on wednesday.
