I've lost about 15 pounds on #weightwatchers! Since Christmas time. I'm going very slowly, doing it healthy. No weight loss shots. The plan is very good now, lots of lean protein, veggies, fruit, whole grains. Low on sugar, processed stuff. I can do this long term, easily.

Seit gestern ist meine Patentochter aus dem Münsterland bei uns im #Allgäu, für 10 Tage. Freue mich sehr und für mein Einzelkind ist es auch sehr hammers. Waren heute in #Lindenberg am #Waldsee.
