Abends um 22:30 Uhr in #Apen von irgendwelchen #Schausteller von dem Platz vertrieben zu werden, ist echt an Dreistigkeit nicht mehr zu überbieten. Der Platz war weder für Wohnmobile gesperrt, noch stand da irgendwo ein Schild, dass eine Veranstaltung stattfindet. Aber es ist ja sowieso eigentlich nur ein Parkplatz und der ist sowieso nicht so prickelnd, als dass ich da jemals noch mal wieder hinfahren würde. Nun übernachte ich mit meinem #Wohnmobil auf dem #Autobahnparkplatz an der A 31 in #Weener.

I didn't have the best night, even though Bas did his best to cuddle with me (and steal a part of the bed with his long... Backside 😂 can't be long legs, he's a Dachshund after all). I got up when Bas and mum came back from early walkies. Mum went upstairs, and Bas took it on his own to wake me up so that I could prepare brekky for mum and me.

After brekky, I got my laptop to finally boot and I worked on my journal blog post. After a bit, mum and I walked with Bas. I finished the blog post and put the laptop away. Mum applied the special ointment to my wounded area, and yeah, it still hurts. 😔 After some relaxing, I wrote an email to a friend. Then we walked Bas again because mum had to go to Nijmegen.

I tried to relax a bit with an ice pack and after a while, Bas came to join me on the bed. When he had a couple of snoozes, he jumped off and indicated that he wanted a walkies. So, I obeyed his wishes and we headed out.

We came to the grassy field and... He wanted to go up the soundwall. It had been dry for a while, so I thought we'd be OK. It would be challenging with my shorts and crutches, but we went up and Bas was loving it. 😊 I had to be careful with the nettles, didn't want to end up with many itchy spots. I had to call back Bas a few times as he was doing his Roadrunner thing at times (not really, I was just slower in the grassy area on the crutches). We got back safe and sound and I was just changing my clothes into something easy when mum came back home.

She was able to relax a bit as Bas had just gone out. Bas got his meal and after that, I made food for mum and myself. We watched some Jessica Jones and then I went with mum and Bas for another short walkies.

Changed to relax on bed with mrke telly. When mum was getting tired, she took out Bas for a last short walk, and I prepared everything for the next day. We got ready to head to bed, and after a while after mum headed upstairs, Bas came to join me.

I managed to sleep a few bits, and I cuddled a few times with Bas. I heard mum take Bas for the early walkies. When they got back, mum went upstairs to get dressed, and Bas decided to wake me up. I guess he felt like I needed to prep everything for brekky. So that's how I started my day...
