Пострадают в основном менеджеры паролей — полный отказ от Manifest V2 и тотальный переход на Manifest V3 не столько про блокировщики рекламы. Сколько про неудобства для пользователей, которые привыкли использовать менеджеры паролей для авторизации на онлайн-ресурсах. И про всяческое нагромождение костылей, теперь появляющееся в расширениях браузеров, через которые эти самые менеджеры и вводят учётные данные пользователя с паролями в веб-формах авторизации.

Про интегрированные модули блокировщиков рекламы в браузерах.
У того же Brave уже есть adblock-rust, настолько неплохой, что активно итегрируется в новые версии Firefox. При этом, поддержка Manifest V2 заявлена в Brave не до упору и не полная, а лишь для некоторого набора расширений браузеров в течении некоторого времени, пока это не начнёт требовать излишне большого количества усилий. Надо оно чтобы обеспечивать работоспособность тех же менеджеров паролей и это пиарный ход (стать гаванью/пристанищем для перебежчиков с Chromium).

У того же Vivaldi тоже есть неплохой блокировщик рекламы и различных треккеров телеметрии. Надо только в настройках и выбрать режим работы такового, и какие списки использовать. В плане последних, совместим uBlock Origin.
«Privacy and Security» — «Blocking Level» — и в раскрывающийся по клику «Manage Sources»:
«Tracker Blocking Sources» и «Ad Blocking Sources»
Не в курсе как хорошо работает с рекламными хостами, маскирующими DNS-резовлинг через CNAME-записах (в поддоменах безобидных ресурсов). Возможно авторам Vivaldi с этим придётся ещё поработать.

Если же вдруг остаются «дырки» на веб-страницах после вырезания рекламы, то обратить внимание на «Strict blocking» опцию, прямо над «Tracker Blocking Sources».
