Mit #Visio führt Frankreich seine #OpenSource-Videokonferenzen für Behörden ein. Bis 2027 sollen 200.000 Beamte unabhängig von US-Anbietern arbeiten können.

#Frankreich weitet seine souveräne Videokonferenzsoftware Visio auf alle staatlichen Dienste aus. Bis 2027 sollen rund 200.000 Beamte auf die Plattform umsteigen. Visio wird von der Direction Interministérielle du Numérique (#DINUM) entwickelt und soll die Abhängigkeit von außereuropäischen Anbietern wie #Microsoft #Teams, #Zoom, #GoogleMeet, #Webex und #GoTo Meeting beenden.
Der französische Vorstoß fügt sich in eine breitere europäische Bewegung für mehr digitale Souveränität ein. Das EU-Parlament forderte kürzlich eine Loslösung von US-Tech-Riesen und mehr Investitionen in heimische KI- und Open-Source-Anwendungen.

Cisco ogłosiło wprowadzenie nowych rozwiązań opartych na sztucznej inteligencji, które mają zrewolucjonizować doświadczenia klientów i pracowników – wśród nich znajduje się Webex AI Agent.

Firma zaprezentowała swoją wizję przyszłości, w której AI nie tylko reaguje, ale przewiduje potrzeby użytkowników, automatyzuje zadania i zwiększa produktywność. Nowości, ogłoszone przez Cisco, obejmują także ulepszenia w Webex Contact Center, Webex Calling Customer Assist oraz narzędzia dla zespołów IT w Webex Control Hub.

Od 31 marca 2025 roku dostępny będzie Webex AI Agent – samoobsługowe narzędzie działające całodobowo, które oferuje naturalne, przypominające ludzkie interakcje. To rozwiązanie ma przekształcić tradycyjne centra obsługi w nowoczesne centra doświadczeń, odpowiadając na zapytania w czasie rzeczywistym i odciążając agentów od rutynowych zadań.

Dla pracowników i zespołów IT Cisco przygotowało kolejne innowacje. Cisco AI Assistant dla Webex zyskał funkcje automatyzacji przepływów pracy, integrując się z aplikacjami takimi jak Salesforce, ServiceNow czy Jira, co usprawnia procesy biznesowe i udostępnia podsumowania spotkań.

Oder andersrum, für eine rumpelige, hakelige #BigBlueButton-Schalte zahlt kein Tagungsteilnehmer Geld, denn das hält man wirklich keinen Tag lang aus als Teilnehmer, und wo kein Teilnehmer Geld zahlt, kann ich als Dienstleister auch kein Geld bekommen.

#Teams und #WebEx sind leider auch deutlich schlechter als Zoom.

Somit habe ich indirekt leider selbst den #BigBrotherAward bekommen, heißt es doch in der Rundmail von #DigitalCourage: „Der BigBrotherAward richtet sich aber auch an alle Firmen und Organisationen, die Zoom wider besseres Wissen nutzen.“
