My use case involved allowing API clients to opt-into receiving `204 No Content` response which can be solved by `Prefer: response=minimal` request header. And there are some other goodies, like async responses. -

If your web dev business is serious or becomes at one point. How come it may be really serious if you don't build integration tests.
I can not imagine doing anything without them. OK, you can go without them if you have a fantastic QA backup and devs do not test except run a sanity build and run. But still. Com'on.
