- folks with poor internet connectivity/limited bandwitdth
- folks unable to afford the latest/greatest computersI personally hold these "designers" in absolute unrestrained loathing & contempt.
Sounds somewhat weird to say, but web design as oppresion/descrimination is a very real thing.
