The failure to fill the power vacuum in Libya after the fall of Kadaffi/Qaddafi was a huge mistake that we saw again when "Dubya" ousted Saddam and his plan to replace him with Ahmed Chalibi (who assured Bush #Iraq had WMD's, and turned out to be an Iranian spy) fell apart.

Obama was better at not repeating that mistake when he ended the Iraq War.
