First few eps might be tough to get through but it is worth it!

Best k-drama of 2026 ♥️.Now, given that I love it so much and that the screenwriter Park Hae-young also wrote My Mister, I could give the latter another try. But first I'll watch WAATH again.
Btw, why are the screenwriters also directors in We Are All Trying Here? Aren't these usually two different positions and profiles in the industry?

@KoreanPassion I'm 5 min into ep 8 and yes, but by now he behaves less so with his old friends, whose relationship has improved, and more with his new foe.
Anyway his character maintains certain core traits but he became less dark and less depressed. And most importantly we understand why he is that way. -

Lol, as soon as I see the snow, I'm automatically expecting a kiss between the main leads, as #kDrama tradition taught me.
In this one, however, when it snows there are car accidents. Just brute realism and, for some reason, I find it hilarious.
This whole first scene where he talks about the weather meaning to Eun-ah instead of calling the rescue services wins the best dark humour prize of the year!

I watched the first two episodes of #WeAreAllTryingHere and I find it powerful. It's insightful, creative, cheerful in a very twisted way and it has amazing photography.
I was afraid I would find it boring and hard to watch, but it definitely isn't so. The dialogues are food for thoughts, the pace isn't slow and the characters are complex.
