Now we’re talking. This is clearly a transitional solution, but it’s a great first step towards lightweight wearable AR glasses that can become ubiquitous. People who wear these at work will want them for personal use.

The privacy implications of the AI dependency is a whole nother can of worms, but we’re starting to see that be addressed as well.

There’s been a fair amount of angst over #Meta’s recent decision to shut down its #Spark AR studio - a tool and set of technologies for creating mixed reality experiences. This has left a number of developers in the lurch, and created a lot of bewilderment.
