It's in beta, so DM me and I'll make sure you get the app before first pitch tonight. I need at least 12 people on Android to test the app before it can get to the Play Store, and I'm not sure how many I need to get it throught the Apple App Store, so as many as we can get at this point!

Last week I joined #ECREDA, the European Commercial Real Estate Data Alliance in Rotterdam for discussing #ESG, Whole Life Carbon and implications of Climate Emergency for the Real Estate industry. An insightful exchange.
My main takeaways (1/2):
* Commercial Real Estate is not yet in #ClimateEmergency mode
* We need a radical shift of resources from new #construction to #retrofit
* Asset managers are unsure what to do and how to transform #business models -
