  2. A community gardening group is hoping to have many ponds in the area, to foster wildlife. 3. The floating Arrowhead aquatic plants really caught my eye in the Shawanaga River Ontario Canada. The light, color and reflections were terrific for this native water plant that had both green and brown leaves as it was nearing the end of the season and still looked lovely.

  6. The Lily pads are just as photogenic as the flowers. These #LilyPads appear to be floating without anchor on the deep blue water surface of the #MoonRiver #Ontario #Canada. #Nymphaeaceae is a family of flowering plants and members of this family are commonly called Water Lilies, living as rhizomatous #aquatic #herbs.
