@Tutanota
#Firefox has too much going on for a default install. Home screen widgets, AI and other things. You need to disable quite a few things in settings to make it focus on browsing. #Librewolf is too restrictive for a normal person to use. Again can be changed in settings but default experience is not ideal for normal web browsing.
I have found #waterfox to be a good middle ground, has sane settings for privacy and can be used straightaway for normal web browsing and video watching. -

Personally, I use #Waterfox and #ZenBrowser. But between the two you mentioned, I'd use #Librewolf since they don't include AI in their browser.

So Waterfox just updated
The new design from #Waterfox looks straight out of someone's ars-- I mean, straight out Google's mobile design bin.
It even disrespects the system-wide dark mode on the first boot. #Enshittification much?
It's in my plans to change browsers for a while now but a mix of forgetting, having to move my stuff elsewhere and being busy with other things stops me. 🙄
Now trying to find the closest settings to make it look like it previously did.
