    I realised just before going to bed that I'd misunderstood how much water that is, because I was hyperfocused on the dollar amount and the metre reading so just read the number and not the column heading so thought it was 1002 cubic feet or roughly 7,500 gallons

    but no

    it's 1002 _hundred cubic feet_ or 750,000 gallons a.k.a. their errant metre reading says we used

    2.83 MILLION LITRES OF WATER

    in the last two months

    brb waves are up in the back yard not gonna miss that
