#MissKittyPolitics #ALBUS MAGA intimidation groups are a feature, not a bug. They want you to stay home. We need "Citizen Watch Groups" at every precinct. High-visibility, non-confrontational, 24/7 filming. Sunlight is the best disinfectant. #WatchTheWatchers #Election2026

Watch the watchers is a website set up by Stop LAPD Spying where you can look up LAPD officers by name or serial number and see their official headshots. It's incredibly useful for cop watching and other activism and it's one year old today!

WATCH THE WATCHERS isn't just a website. It's a counter-surveillance practice that began on the streets.

Look at this book General Dogon of @lacanetwork made a decade ago to identify Skid Row police officers:

The @cityattorneyla has made the dumbest argument I’ve ever seen.

A wide coalition of journalists led by @rcfp just filed an amicus brief opposing the City of Los Angeles's lawsuit to censor both us and @bencamach0. Read it here:

They warn about the repressive implications of what @cityattorneyla is attempting.

Copblaster put those LAPD headshots online with the ability to add reviews!! As reporter Ben Camacho put it it's Yelp for cops.

George Gascon is upset about the @stoplapdspying website https://watchthewatchers.net/ publishing absolutely public information and he can just fuck right off.
