PSA for any Warwick bass owners out there, DO NOT TRUST WARWICK STRAP LOCKS.
4 month old bass, and the strap lock near the neck just came right out yesterday at band practice. Thank dog I managed to catch it before it hit the ground, but for how much this thing cost it's astonishing how unreliable this design seems to be.
Still well within warranty so we'll see how Warwick and Sweetwater handle this, but even if I get a full replacement set of buttons and locks I will never trust them again, at best I'll just put my strap directly on the button and use the strap lock as a last resort if the strap ever comes loose from the button groove.
