The militarisation of society is advancing and does not stop at the healthcare system.
Hospitals are to be made ‘fit for war’.
For Berlin, a strategy has already been drawn up – the ‘Framework Plan for Civil Defence of Berlin Hospitals (ZVKH)’ – setting out how civilian infrastructure is to be subordinated to the needs of the Bundeswehr.
Hospitals are being integrated into military planning.
Healthcare workers are not consulted; they are simply allocated as human resources.
In the event of war, the plan assumes 1,000 wounded soldiers per day, who are then to be treated in civilian hospitals.
Care for the civilian population will then be put on the back burner.
Whilst hospitals have been run into the ground by budget cuts for decades, billions are now being poured into rearmament.
The root cause of the growing threat of war lies in capitalist conditions.

WAR ON WAR - Panel discussion, film screening, KüfA and solidarity market
We invite our comrades from the GUERRE A LA GUERRE coalition, who are organising a first weekend of action against the 55th Paris Air Show from 20 to 22 June.
This alliance brings together various groups and individuals from different movements with the aim of disarming the war machine and reviving anti-militarism from below.
During the panel discussion, we will share our experiences of organising in France and Germany with our guests from GUERRE A LA GUERRE.
We will also discuss the increasing militarisation of Europe and its impact on the Global South, as well as strategies that can lead to concrete international solidarity.
We also invite you to enjoy delicious food, support groups and initiatives at our solidarity market, and attend our film screening. More details to follow soon!

KRIEG DEM KRIEGE - Paneldiskussion, Film-Screening, KüfA und Soli-Markt
Wir laden unsere Genoss*innen von der Koalition GUERRE A LA GUERRE ein, die vom 20. bis 22. Juni ein erstes Aktionswochenende gegen die 55. Paris Air Show.
Dieses Bündnis vereint verschiedene Gruppen und Einzelpersonen aus unterschiedlichen Bewegungen mit dem Ziel, die Kriegsmaschinerie zu entwaffnen und den Antimilitarismus von Unten wiederzubeleben.
Während der Paneldiskussion werden wir mit unseren Gästen von GUERRE A LA GUERRE unsere Erfahrungen mit der Organisierung in Frankreich und Deutschland austauschen.
Wir werden auch über die zunehmende Militarisierung Europas und ihre Auswirkungen auf den Globalen Süden diskutieren, sowie über Strategien, die zu konkreter internationaler Solidarität führen können.
Wir laden euch auch ein, leckeres Essen zu genießen, Gruppen und Initiativen auf unserem Soli-Markt zu unterstützen und unsere Filmvorführung zu besuchen. Weitere Details folgen demnächst!
