The Warmaster project carries on and the custom MDF base has arrived. This is a massive 480mmx360mm (14"x19") MDF oval and it still barely fits in the footprint.
I'm out of scale bananas, so there's a dog food can and a War Dog to compare.
I am really pushing the boundaries on what can still be called a "miniature". And I'm getting the itch for an Imperator...

Chest/drape armor for the Warmaster Titan all ready to go! I magnetized the top plate so it can come on and off as one unit for transport/storage.

Found out that I need to reprint the carapace weapons for the Titan: there's a potential resin trap in the one that exists and I'd rather not risk having it ooze out or explode down the line. So that's a set back, but new ones are in the works. In the meantime, I applied washes and decals to the head, so it's ready to go! Next I'll tackle some armor panels.

Applied the base coat for the able trim on one of the shin plates. I was unsure about it at first, but seeing it next to the untrimmed plate, this makes a huge difference!

Okay, after watching the Midwinter Minis video, I'm going decoupage a shot. The Warmaster Iconoclast is so large that it needs additional designs on it and I just don't have enough decals to do it! So... let's give this a try? It's still drying so the picture looks a bit shiny.

Okay, spray prime stages of the Warmaster Titan are done! Humidity was kind today (and looking at the forecast it's the last time it will be for a few weeks), so Metallic Aluminum spray went on. Next step is a some drybrushing, then shading, then more drybrushing. After that the body will be 90% done!
