    @chris @PhoenixSerenity No. A social history of that moment when crisis (huge layoffs in the industry with powerful effects on coastal communities and industry-alignments/organization, federal prov policy) &labour &environmentalists &industry &govt &rogue elements (yellow ribbon precursors to convoy etc) were a thing in Island resource communities.

    I thought about writing it years ago, when I knew many industry players.
