I've built the experimental version of the Z'Gok as shown in War in the Pocket! I used a mix of masking tape and, for the first time, Silly Putty, for making his Arctic marine camouflage. His segmented arms and legs were a bit of a pain, but otherwise I'm pretty damn satisfied with this build.

Got some Tamiya Weathering Master powder, promptly inhaled some while applying some to the top of my GM Cold Districts Type lol its subtle but I like it.

I can't show pics yet, as I am awaiting repairs for my phone screen, but I recently used a GM Cold Districts Type to try out doing camouflage on a Gunpla. It was fun 🙂 I was going for Arctic military base themed camo, but I got conflicting advice as to whether I should paint dark to light or light to dark, so I did the latter and he ended up more dark than I intended. Oh well, he can guard the submarine harbor entrances instead of patrolling out on the snowy fields surrounding it.

I'm almost done with my RG Tallgeese, so over the weekend I got Lfrith Thorn from The Witch from Mercury, and the GM Cold Districts Type from War in the Pocket. Surprisingly, I'm looking forward to the GM more lol I love War in the Pocket and the humble GMs.

#gudam #warinthepocket was a wonderful OVA for the UC timeline. Looking at both sides of the conflict and allowing us time to grow attached the the characters. Oh and the mobile suit battles were awesome too. It holds up even after all these years. I recommend it!
