This Wilson’s Warbler is grabbing some takeout near Donner Summit, California.

Yellow Warblers were the most abundant of the covered species on the lower Colorado River project, but their distribution was patchy. The largest numbers were found on the Bill Williams River, but eye-popping densities were found some years at Topock Marsh.

The Pink-headed Warbler is a close relative of the Wilson’s and Canada Warblers. It is unreasonably stunning and found only in the mountainous area of southern Mexico and northern Guatemala.
