From reports on who accompanied Trump on the secret airflight out of Turkey, it's presumable that Natalie Harp's job would NOT be changing Trump's diapers.Natalie's job is to provide constant "narcissistic supply," which is crucial, considering the polls and all.
It makes sense that Walt Nauta, Trump's valet, would be there to change diapers or order diaper changes.
