Where they were when I typed that in was someplace I'd walked many times, and had a particularly bad permanent leak from up top so if it was raining (and it was always raining) in the 90s then you basically had to run through a sheet of water to use that sidewalk because it would be _pouring_ down from up top.

y'know this movie made a stupid sort of sense until the whole "going into the water reverted them to cylons" thing. i mean, it was _terrible_, but this going out to general-gang-warfare bullshit has both really boring _and_ doesn't work from a storytelling standpoint
