    Royal dogs, hero dogs, dogs as companions and comedians, Roman dogs, dogs by Gainsborough to Queen Victoria to David Hockney, they're all represented. If you love our closest friends you'll LOVE this. :D

    It's in the final weeks though, so get down there before you miss it!

  13. I've seen a few curmudgeonly, snooty reviews of the current #WallaceCollection exhibition of dog portraits. "Too sentimental, not great art, Landseer is so passé" etc etc. But just look at Landseer's painting of Prince Albert's #Greyhound, Eos. A thing of beauty.
