There is a new Firefox beta version of wallabagger. You can help us just using it. It can work aside of the official one.

The biggest change is about handling Europresse. You can save content from it and wallabag save the real page URL. Handy, right!

Es gab ein Update für #Wallabagger für Firefox für #Wallabag und danach konnte es nicht mehr Seiten speichern. Ich hab es dann einmal ganz entfernen und neuinstallieren müssen. Dann hatte es kurioserweise gleich wieder seine Einstellungen, funktionierte dann auch. Aber beim nächsten Browser-Neustart war das Add-On dann wieder deinstalliert? Dann nochmal neuinstalliert und jetzt waren die Einstellungen leer. Nach der Neukonfiguration hält’s jetzt erstmal.

A new version (v1.19.0) for wallabagger on Firefox is out.

Features:
- new on-boarding workflow, a real pain point for a lot of new users
- update of the option interface for the list of websites you want wallabag to get the content from the browser (paywall, JS only…)

Hope this will help more people to join us.

Release for Chromium based browsers is waiting for a Google approval.

Hat jemand #Wallabagger in Firefox für Android zum Laufen bekommen? Ich kann die Installation der XPI erzwingen, API-Anmeldedaten eintragen etc., aber wenn ich dann in einem Artikel auf die Erweiterung Wallabagger gehe, kommt nur "Lade Wallabag-API…". Er trägt nichts ein.
Der Vorteile der Erweiterung gegenüber der #Wallabag-App ist, dass die Erweiterung direkt die Inhalte an den Wallabag-Server senden kann und damit auch Bezahlschranke-Artikel möglich werden.

Thanks to @kdecherf, I just discovered that #wallabagger, the #wallabag browser addon, can now fetch content from the browser by default for all websites. With the addon, all your websites (even if there is a paywall) can be fetched 🦘!
