    CW: Nzpol. A profile vs a farmer.

    There are going to be some interesting outcomes from our election,Nov 2026.
    Michael Laws has joined the ranks of NZF and running for my neighbouring electorate, Waitaki. Currently held by Miles Anderson for the Nats. He gained more than 22600 votes last election to win the seat.
    So a 'higher profile' politician ( Laws) is challenging a lesser profiled farmer ( Anderson)
    I can see Waitaki being swamped in blue, as well as black, election hoardings.

    In the Network Waitaki Power area. Power has been off for 1 hr and counting. Outages map is pointless. It doesn't show any outages apart from scheduled ones. I have reported it but seems prehistoric. I know Waitaki has more country areas to look after but when I lived in Auckland you could see which streets were out and when they would be fixed. Even got a discount or credit if the outage lasted longer than a set time. #electricity #electricpower #waitaki networkwaitaki.co.nz/customers
