Made a really nice dinner recently with wagyu meatballs. A kind of Stroganoff. Pan-cooked the meatballs until almost done and set aside then made up the sauce. Pretty standard onion/mushroom gravy with garlic and paprika but flavoured with a pinch of allspice and a few spoons of piccalilli as the 秘密料 (secret ingredients). Delicious with flat egg pasta and a boiled new potato (reduced portions of each). Would cook again if I was handed wagyu meatballs to cook with.
